Website Design Terms

1 - Websites are delivered as presented in the Live Demo of the template of choice.
2 - Additional pages may be added if you provide details of services or products and or pricing.
3 - Website templates containing blogs are not shown in the Live Demo. They can be presented on request and attract a separate fee for development.
4 - This website design service is a cash sale and to be paid upon receipt. Which means pay after website design is complete.
5 - When your website is complete, you will be allowed to examine it on our website preview domain (www.sitetrailer.com).
6 - Note that certain server based features like your contact form will not function in our preview domain (www.sitetrailer.com) because these features will require your own website domain hosting assets to function. The features will function after you purchase the assets like your website domain name, website domain hosting and SiteLock Security.
7 - Our Basic website design plan presented in the pricing per template of choice, allows you to purchase these assets yourself. While the Standard plan permits us to purchase these assets for you after you have made payment for our Standard website design plan.
8 - Our website preview domain (www.sitetrailer.com) is for your website examination only. You will be allowed at least 1 hour to examine your website on our preview domain after which, it will be taken down.
9 - We shall accept payment after your successful examination of your completed website on our preview domain. This signifies your satisfaction with the main color, the design style, the content presentation or appearance based on the information you provided to us in response to the questionnaire you received from us for your template of choice.
10 - We shall accept payment in the bank details provided in your invoice and subsequently issue you a receipt.
11 - Payments made are non-refundable.
12 - We shall conclude our website design service to you by emailing you all your website files. This allows you to work with other developers in future while you may also retain us for further website services.
